Die neue Reach-Verordnung
Am 04. August 2020 wurde die neue REACH-Beschränkungsregelung für Diisocyanate im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union veröffentlicht. Diese Beschränkung hat das Ziel, möglicherweise durch Diisocyanate verursachte Haut- und Atemwegssensibilisierungen zu verhindern. Hierzu sind Sicherheitsschulungen erforderlich.
On August 4th, 2020, the new REACH restriction regulation for diisocyanates was published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The aim of this restriction is to prevent possible skin and respiratory sensitization caused by diisocyanates. Safety training is required for this.
Unsere Scheibenklebstoffe und einige Dichtstoffe enthalten Isocyanate und sind somit von dieser Regelung betroffen. Bitte achten Sie ggf. auf den entsprechenden Hinweis auf dem Etikett.
Our PU-adhesives and some sealants contain isocyanates and are therefore affected by this regulation. If necessary, please pay attention to the corresponding information on the label.
Wer ist betroffen?
Alle gewerblich und industriell verarbeitenden Betriebe von PU-Klebstoffen, Privatanwender sind nicht betroffen.
Who is affected?
All commercial and industrial processing companies of PU adhesives, private users are not affected.
Bis wann müssen die Schulungen durchgeführt werden?
Bis zum 24. August 2023 müssen Anwender der PU-Klebstoffe nachweislich geschult sein.
By when do the training courses have to be held?
By August 24, 2023, users of PU adhesives must be verifiably trained.
Wie werden die Schulungen durchgeführt?
Die Verbände der europäischen Isocyanathersteller haben ein gemeinsames Online-Schulungsportal entwickelt. Da es verschiedene Anwendungen für Isocyanate gibt, sind die notwendigen Schulungen in 3 Stufen organisiert. Je nach Anwendungs- und Gefährdungsszenario müssen dafür angepasste Schulungsmodule belegt werden. Klebstoffe als nicht ausgehärtete Mischungen von Diisocyanaten fallen dabei immer in Stufe 2 oder 3. Nach bestandener Schulung erhalten Sie ein Zertifikat, welches für 5 Jahre gültig ist.
How are the trainings conducted?
The associations of European isocyanate manufacturers have developed an online training portal. As there are different applications for isocyanates, the necessary training is organized in 3 levels. Depending on the application and risk scenario, adapted training modules must be taken. Adhesives as uncured mixtures of diisocyanates always fall into level 2 or 3. After passing the training you will receive a certificate which is valid for 5 years.
